The Inspiring Girls Careers Forum is a unique careers event designed to showcase the resources industry to female secondary school students and to inspire them to follow in the footsteps of women who have achieved great personal and career success in the resources sector.

The 2023 event was held on 2 August at Optus Stadium where 215 high school students were joined by 80 mining & resources sector representatives. The event showcased the benefits of working in the sector and the career pathways available.
