The South West Leaders Program is open to Chamber Members & Non-Members.

A renowned industry mentoring program that matches Australasian resources professionals — elevating careers through learning and professional development.

Women in Mining and Resources WA: Mentoring Program

The WIMWA Mentoring Programme is a professionally created and structured mentoring programme designed to support women in developing skills to grow and advance their careers. This is a short, powerful scheme which is not a magic wand but can provide powerful change.

The programme is open to those who are currently employed in the mining and resources sector and is not currently available to students.

Applications are now open for the next intake of the WIMWA mentoring program 2025.

The program will launch with a compulsory induction on Thursday 24th of July, from 12.30pm – 5.30pm.

Women Building Australia: National Mentoring Program

The Women Building Australia National Mentoring Program provides women with up to 5 years of experience in the building and construction industry with access to support, encouragement and advice from experienced individuals through a virtual or face-to-face mentoring relationship. Mentoring is an excellent way to help women to participate and succeed in the building and construction industry.

Australian Institute of Management WA: Mentoring Skills

Staff at all levels have the potential to play significant roles in supporting the growth of their colleagues. This practical mentoring course serves as an introduction to the key components of mentoring and the skills required of those who take up the mentoring role.
